MODERN CIVILIZATION
Several time small group of people could get a high degree of civilization. but none of them were of permanant nature these civilized people were generaly small number and exterminated because they were attacked by an ither people who through barbarious were superior in number thi destruction was generally followed by the rise of new civilization in same other parts of the world,the present day civilization is not in such danger of eradication because it is not local.it has embraced a very number people , living in different parts of the world
